Product Analyst

Daily tasks

• Understanding customer problems and needs related to the strategy for the function
• Working with customers, developers and technical leads to develop solutions to problems
• Write functional requirements, descriptions of systems processes and designs.
• Design for the customer; finding ways to understand customer behaviour, the impact of changes on them and ways of implementing our changes with minimal impact
• Collaborate closely with the product owner, customers and ICE development team.
• Business process modelling
• Flowcharting & data flow diagrams
• Handovers, presentations and knowledge transfer

Requirements

• A pro-active self-starting person that can seek out information, and people, to understand systems and present to stakeholders.
• Understands needs of auditors and regulators
• Experience of defining product features and offerings.
• Defining requirements and changes to enable external teams to self-serve in our apps.
• System and application analysis skills
• Experienced working on web applications
• Experienced with data analysis and using tools to extract data from APIs.
• Experience with using AI to gather and manipulate data to different audiences whilst maintaining traceability
• Good communicator with strong interpersonal skills
