Daily tasks

• Lead and coordinate IT projects in an Agile environment
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery
• Support teams in adopting Agile best practices and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or Scrum Master
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience with JIRA
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to build relationships and work effectively in an international environment
• Technical background, particularly in Data-related projects, is a strong advantage
• Availability to work from the Kraków office at least two days per week
