GCP Cloud DevOps Engineer

Daily tasks

• Build and manage a GCP foundation platform that enables application deployments
• Infrastructure as Code: engineer platform solutions using Terraform
• Core cloud services: integrate, configure and manage IAM, networking (SDN/VPC), logging, OS and containers
• CI/CD: build and support continuous integration, delivery and testing
• Security and compliance: keep the platform aligned with security and operational risk standards
• Support for application teams: troubleshooting and fault finding
• 24/7 on-call rotation: out-of-hours support

Requirements

GCP : hands-on experience building services in the cloud

Infrastructure as Code : mainly Terraform

CI/CD : designing and maintaining pipelines

Cloud networking : VPC, Shared VPC, subnets, NAT, routing

Python or Go : for automation

Must have: Python, GCP, CI/CD
