Developer Experience Engineer (DevEx)

Your tasks

• Build and maintain reusable templates, developer tools, and automation solutions.
• Improve developer onboarding and self-service capabilities.
• Develop reference implementations and best practices.
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation.
• Gather developer feedback and implement platform improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and architecture teams.

Requirements

We are looking for a hands-on Developer Experience Engineer to help build and improve an internal developer platform. The role focuses on enhancing developer productivity through automation, reusable tools, and streamlined development processes.

• Strong hands-on software engineering experience.
• Experience with Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Developer Experience.
• Knowledge of developer tooling, automation, and CI/CD practices.
• Understanding of security, observability, and production environments.
• Ability to write clear technical documentation.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English.
