Design and build secure application services and APIs.
Drive technical design discussions and translate requirements into robust solutions.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and lead root-cause analysis.
Improve service reliability and resilience through proactive engineering practices.
Work independently with strong ownership while collaborating across teams.

Requirements

Strong Python skills (Python 3.11+ preferred) and solid object-oriented programming fundamentals. Hands-on experience with Django/FastAPI and TypeScript frameworks (Angular/NestJS). Excellent spoken English communication skills for day-to-day collaboration with teammates. Strong understanding of RESTful API design best practices. Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps tooling (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI). Experience with GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Helm. Experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL. Strong analytical mindset, learning agility, and a problem-solving approach. Basic understanding of open-source software licenses (e.g., Apache-2.0, MIT, GPL) and their practical implications in software delivery. Familiarity with modern Python tooling (uv, Ruff, Rye) and Git workflows. Familiarity with Go. Familiarity with identity protocols and standards: SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect. Proficiency with AI-assisted engineering tools such as Claude Code and Codex. Familiarity with OpenTelemetry and OpenAPI. Visible technical engagement (blogging, GitHub portfolio, open-source contributions).
