Responsibilities:

Growth Strategy & Planning:

Develop and execute growth marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Research target audiences, markets, competitors, and emerging growth opportunities. Develop campaign plans and growth experiments across relevant channels. Track key marketing metrics and use insights to improve campaign performance. Identify new channels, tactics, and opportunities for customer acquisition and engagement.

Social Media Marketing:

Develop and manage social media strategies across relevant platforms. Create and coordinate engaging content that supports brand awareness, community growth, and lead generation. Manage content calendars and campaign rollouts. Monitor social media performance and provide regular reports and insights. Stay up to date with platform trends, formats, and emerging opportunities.

Email Marketing:

Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and automated communication flows. Develop newsletters, promotional campaigns, product updates, and audience engagement emails. Segment audiences and personalize campaigns where appropriate. Monitor open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and other email performance metrics. Continuously test and optimize email campaigns.

Partnership & Growth Activation:

Identify potential brand, community, creator, business, and strategic partners. Develop partnership opportunities that can drive awareness, users, leads, or revenue. Coordinate partnership campaigns and activations from planning through execution. Build and maintain relationships with relevant partners and communities. Explore collaborations, events, co-marketing opportunities, and other growth initiatives.

Requirements:

Experience with CRM or email marketing platforms. Experience managing online communities. Experience with influencer, creator, or brand partnerships. Basic knowledge of paid advertising. Experience with marketing analytics tools such as GA4, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms. Experience working in a startup, technology SaaS, or digital-first environment.
