As part of the further expansion of our AI division, we are looking for an Employee for AI Projects, Transformation & Enablement (m/f/d) at our location in Haan (near Düsseldorf).

Your tasks as an Employee for AI Projects, Transformation & Enablement (m/f/d)

Bringing AI into the organization:

• Identification and development of AI use cases together with the specialist departments to increase efficiency
• Accompanying the introduction of AI solutions from the idea to the application
• Active exchange with teams and locations to identify new potentials and to continuously develop existing solutions

Empowering people & sharing knowledge:

• Conception and moderation of workshops, circles, and other exchange formats
• Development and preparation of Best Practices, guides, and how-to's
• Support and coaching of teams in the productive and secure use of AI in daily work

Driving adoption & communication:

• Design and implementation of internal communication regarding AI topics
• Identification and making visible of successful use cases – so that learnings are shared and further use cases are inspired
• Sparring partner for our teams to actively accompany changes and anchor them sustainably in the organization

• You have experience in capturing requirements from the business and translating them into concrete, actionable solutions.
• Practical application of AI/GenAI has already been part of your work and you can show through concrete examples how you have simplified or made processes more efficient.
• Structure, commitment, and consistent follow-up are part of your way of working.
• Communication and moderation are your strengths and you can win people over to new things.
• You have a completed degree or vocational training (e.g., BWL/Business, Technology, or comparable).
• Fluent English in speaking and writing is a matter of course for you.
• Traveling to other locations as needed suits you well.
