Your tasks as Project Manager Process Optimization & AI Adoption (m/f/d)

Bring AI effectively into the organization

• Together with our specialist departments, identify potential for improving processes and workflows and derive suitable AI use cases.
• Accompany AI initiatives from the idea to successful use - in cooperation with our AI team for technical implementation.
• Support teams and managers in integrating new technologies meaningfully and sustainably into their daily work.
• Identify, prepare, and make successful application examples visible across the organization.

Connect knowledge & empower colleagues

• Design and moderate workshops, exchange formats, and intranet content regarding AI and digital ways of working.
• Develop and share best practices, guidelines, and practical assistance.
• Promote knowledge exchange between teams, locations, and specialist departments.

Shape change

• Act as a sparring partner to accompany employees and managers through change processes.
• Actively help shape internal communication regarding AI, digitalization, and transformation topics.
• Sustainably anchor new solutions in the organization and promote acceptance for changes.

As Project Manager Process Optimization & AI Adoption (m/f/d), you fit us if...

• You have already gained several years of professional experience in an industrial company or a comparable environment and ideally bring touchpoints with processes, projects, or continuous improvement.
• You succeed in capturing requirements from the business and translating them into pragmatic, implementable solutions.
• You have an interest in the possibilities of AI and digital technologies and have already gained initial practical experience in using new tools or ways of working.
• Strong communication skills as well as the ability to win people over for changes and bring different interests together are among your strengths.
• An independent, structured, and hands-on working style is a matter of course for you.
• You drive topics forward independently while keeping an eye on what is essential.
• A completed degree or training, for example, in the fields of economics, technology, organization, operations, or a comparable subject, forms your professional foundation.
• Fluent English skills as well as a willingness to travel occasionally within our corporate group are present.
