Team Leader (M/F/X)

Job Description:

He ensures the proper execution of various tasks (maintenance or troubleshooting) within his area of responsibility, in compliance with legal provisions as well as current safety and hygiene standards. He coordinates the work of the technicians under his responsibility, both in terms of quality and adherence to deadlines, and contributes to the development and improvement of his team's skills. He intervenes directly in the most complex troubleshooting tasks.

Missions:

Technical dimension:

He provides direct technical support on construction sites. He supports and accompanies technicians in the execution of their missions. He remains in support during on-call shifts. He coordinates, in collaboration with the department manager, material orders as well as tooling needs. He provides his expertise during complex troubleshooting. He ensures compliance with hygiene and safety standards on site. He answers questions formulated by clients or by his hierarchy.

Administrative and management dimension:

He ensures compliance with the maintenance schedule by the technicians under his responsibility. He coordinates the implementation of small adaptation works on the installations under his charge. He actively contributes to the monitoring of the occupational safety policy and the deployment of associated tools (toolboxes, etc.). He provides the PEM or TPM teams with the site information necessary for the proper execution of their missions.

People management:

He is responsible for animating his team and maintaining an adequate balance of skills. He ensures compliance with work rules and reports any observed anomalies.

Qualifications:

Diploma in the electrical field (CAP, BEP, Bac, BTS or equivalent). B2 level in English.
