JOBSCOPE • Food preparation: washing, peeling, chopping and slicing vegetables, fruits and meats • Buffet support: replenishing buffet items to the required standard; cleaning and resetting the buffet area, stain-free, after use • Guest service: greeting and assisting guests according to request, with courtesy at all times • Cleanliness: washing and sanitizing dishes, utensils and work surfaces; mopping floors and disposing of food waste as required • Inventory: assisting with unloading deliveries, proper storage of stock and checking inventory levels • Safety: compliance with all health, hygiene and food safety regulations WORKING HOURS / LOCATION 7AM TO 3PM Monday to Saturday Near Katong (Hotel)
