We are seeking an experienced and professional Bartender to join our high-end Italian restaurant, VENTUNO. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and creating delicious cocktails. Your tasks

• prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages in a prompt and courteous manner;
• respond to customer inquiries and special requests, providing recommendations and suggestions;
• maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring proper stock levels and supplies;
• follow established recipes and presentation standards, ensuring consistency and quality;
• collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure a seamless dining experience;
• participate in regular training and development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as a Bartender or similar role in a high-end restaurant;
• mixology skills and knowledge of current cocktail trends;
• ability to provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints;
• ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment;
• organizational and communication skills.
