Your tasks
- Design and deliver induction and onboarding programs for managers, cashiers, and assistants.
- Provide training on sanitary regulations and norms.
- Provide direct operational coaching in-store on the use of POS, cash registers, inventories, and expiration dates (PCPS).

Requirements

- Availability to travel within Puerto Vallarta and Bahía de Banderas.
- Proficiency in Andragogy (adult teaching), sales KPIs, and Office/LMS.
- Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree
- 2 years of experience
