Stock Condition Surveyor

We are currently working with a District Council in the West Midlands on an exciting interim Stock Condition Surveyor opportunity.

The role will focus on carrying out stock condition surveys and HHSRS assessments across the council's housing portfolio, helping to support asset management, compliance, and future investment planning.

Key requirements: Previous experience undertaking Stock Condition Surveys Strong knowledge of HHSRS Experience working within social housing or local authority environments Ability to produce accurate survey data and reports
