Recovery Coordinator - Adults Location: Wallsend Rate: Up to £18.00 per hour PAYE (inclusive of holiday pay) Contract: Minimum 2 months with likely extension Hours: Full Time Start Date: Immediate Venn Group are working with a well-established national charity to recruit an experienced Recovery Coordinator to support adults affected by drug and alcohol misuse. The Role As a Recovery Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of service users and supporting them through their recovery journey by delivering tailored interventions and support plans. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of adults accessing drug and alcohol recovery services Complete assessments, risk assessments and personalised action plans Deliver psychosocial interventions and structured support sessions Work closely with external agencies to promote positive outcomes Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with service standards Requirements Previous experience working with vulnerable adults, ideally within drug and alcohol, recovery, homelessness, criminal justice or related services Experience managing a caseload and delivering support plans Ability to deliver psychosocial interventions and person-centred support Enhanced DBS issued within the last 3 years Available to start immediately Benefits Competitive hourly rate up to £18.00 per hour PAYE including holiday pay Opportunity for contract extension Immediate start available Chance to work for a nationally recognised charity Meaningful and rewarding role supporting recovery outcomes

Recovery Coordinator - Young Persons Location: Wallsend Rate: Up to £18.00 per hour PAYE (inclusive of holiday pay) Contract: Minimum 2 months with likely extension Hours: Full Time Start Date: Immediate Venn Group are recruiting for a Young Persons Recovery Coordinator on behalf of a leading national charity in Wallsend. This is a fantastic opportunity to support young people affected by drug and alcohol-related issues, helping them build resilience, reduce harm and achieve positive outcomes.

The Role You will manage a caseload of young people, delivering tailored recovery support, psychosocial interventions and action plans designed to meet individual needs. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of young people accessing support services Undertake assessments, reviews and develop tailored action plans Deliver one-to-one psychosocial interventions and support sessions Work in partnership with families, schools and external agencies where appropriate Maintain accurate records and contribute to safeguarding practices Requirements Experience working with vulnerable young people, ideally within substance misuse, youth work, supported housing, mental health or related services Experience managing a caseload and supporting clients with complex needs Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Enhanced DBS issued within the last 3 years Available for an immediate start Benefits Competitive hourly rate up to £18.00 per hour PAYE including holiday pay Minimum 2-month contract with likely extension Opportunity to work with a leading national charity Immediate start available Rewarding role making a positive impact on young people's lives
