Private Client Solicitor
Venn Group’s specialist Legal Recruitment team is recruiting for a Wills & Probate Solicitor on behalf of a well-established and long-standing law firm with in Greater Manchester . This permanent opportunity offers the chance to work alongside highly experienced Private Client lawyers, assisting on high-value matters while developing your expertise within a supportive and collaborative team.
The Role You will be responsible for: Managing a varied caseload of Wills, Probate, Trusts and Estate Administration matters Drafting simple and complex Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and associated Private Client documentation Advising clients on inheritance tax planning, estate planning, trusts and probate matters Assisting with high-value Court of Protection and Private Client cases Handling both simple and complex estate administration matters Supporting clients through sensitive circumstances with empathy and professionalism Managing new enquiries, correspondence and client communications Maintaining accurate records using the firm's case management systems
About You Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2-3 years' PQE in Wills & Probate or Private Client law Strong experience managing Wills, Probate, Estate Administration and Trust matters with minimal supervision Excellent communication and client care skills, particularly when supporting vulnerable clients and bereaved families Ability to work efficiently to deadlines and manage a busy caseload Strong IT skills, including experience using case management systems and Microsoft Office applications Experience dealing with contentious probate matters would be advantageous
