School Minibus Driver Location: Kingston Contract: 3 months, ongoing (potentially permanent) Pay: £20.15 per hour through an umbrella company Hours: 6 hrs per day, Monday to Thursday (24 hrs per week) Start Date: ASAP

The Opportunity We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Minibus Driver to provide transport services for pupils of a multi-academy trust. This role is ideal for an individual with excellent customer service skills and a strong commitment to passenger safety. Key Responsibilities Safely transport passengers to and from designated locations Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any defects or maintenance issues Ensure compliance with road traffic legislation and transport regulations Assist passengers when boarding and exiting the vehicle where required Maintain accurate journey and vehicle records Keep the minibus clean, presentable, and roadworthy at all times Provide a professional and courteous service to all passengers Essential Requirements Full UK Driving Licence with D1 entitlement Previous experience driving a minibus or passenger-carrying vehicle Strong awareness of road safety and passenger welfare Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexibly when required Desirable Requirements MiDAS certification Experience working within education, healthcare, or community transport settings Enhanced DBS clearance
