Locum Civil Litigation Lawyer - Full Time - Remote Working - up to £60 per hour Umbrella – Home Counties

Position: Locum Civil Litigation Lawyer Organisation: Public Sector Organisation Duration: 3-6 months + Working Hours: Ideally Full Time Working Arrangement: Remote working once IT has been collected Hourly Rate: £60 per hour Umbrella dependent on experience

We are seeking an experienced professional with a solid background in Civil Litigation Law, ideally gained within a Local Authority or Private Practice background. The caseload will involve a large matter of Debt Recovery matters so experience in this area would be advantageous but not essential.

Duties may include:

• Manage a varied caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters, including debt recovery proceedings, from pre-action through to trial and enforcement
• Ensure compliance with the Civil Procedure Rules and relevant Pre-Action Protocols
• Provide legal advice on dispute resolution strategies and litigation risk management
• Ensure compliance with GDPR by overseeing data protection policies and practices
