Early Help Review Specialist

The purpose of the project is to undertake a comprehensive review of Early Help Services which includes Youth Services at a Local Authority, providing recommendations to re-shape the service in light of the shift in statutory services required through the Family First Reforms; SEND Reforms and National Youth Strategy. What you'll bring Senior-level experience in Early Help, Family Help or children's services within a local authority A track record of leading service reviews or transformation and turning evidence into practical recommendations Strong understanding of the current reform landscape (Families First, SEND, National Youth Strategy, NHS neighbourhood health) Sharp data and analytical skills, plus confidence with financial and workforce modelling
