UX/UI Designer - Pleno

FCamara is looking for a person to act as Product Designer - Pleno, to work in partnership with the largest Investment Bank in Latin America, specialized in investment capital, venture capital, as well as wealth management and global assets.

Responsibilities and assignments

• Assist leadership in the development and implementation of product design strategies, when necessary.
• Be a technical reference, guiding more junior designers in decision-making and contributing to the knowledge and skill development of the team.
• Develop innovative and effective solutions for user experience, conducting high-complexity projects with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure that deliveries are aligned with the business strategy, technical conditions, and design system components.
• Collaborate with insights for the development of our design system.
• Create prototypes, participate in usability tests, and make decisions based on data.
• Improve user experience by defining metrics, identifying behaviors and problems, and proposing solutions.
• We seek communicative professionals with a questioning and proactive profile.
• Have autonomy to conduct meetings with stakeholders, understanding the main business needs and rules, as well as presenting the created solution clearly.

Requirements and qualifications

• Proven experience in product design, with a case study and portfolio demonstrating your design process and decision-making.
• Clear communication and good relationship with other teams.
• Business vision and knowledge of technologies applied to digital products.
• Ease of acting actively in all stages of the Double Diamond framework.
• Advanced knowledge in information architecture and interface patterns.
• Knowledge of data and metrics.
• Comprehensive vision of the ecosystem.
• Proactivity in identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
• Organization and good time management.
• Experience in companies in the financial segment, preferably banks or brokerages.
• English (reading and listening).
