Responsibilities and assignments

  • Ensure the hiring of logistics services in an economical and sustainable manner through the Sourcing Plan (Purchasing Planning).
  • Use methodology: Strategic sourcing, Quick sourcing, for prospecting, developing, and hiring carriers.
  • Conduct auctions on the Coupa platform.
  • Conduct RFI, RFQ.
  • Freight negotiation.
  • Prepare Cost Breakdown.
  • CIF x FOB studies together with the purchasing team to seek cost reduction and TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) evaluation.
  • Creation of contracts, drafts, and technical descriptions with carriers.
  • Create and maintain robust technical documentation, including manuals, operational guidelines, and process reports, to ensure standardization and continuous improvement.
  • Constant interlocution between stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Monitoring of indicators, commodity, market trends within categories through Cost Drivers.
  • Monitoring of ANTT tables, minimum wage, INCT-L as drivers for negotiations with carriers.

Requirements and qualifications

  • Ability to develop and implement processes in a structured manner.
  • Capacity to act collaboratively and strategically.
  • Strong orientation towards results and continuous improvement.
  • Analytical spirit with attention to detail and technical quality.
  • Clear and effective communication, facilitating integration between areas.
  • Negotiation power.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
  • Advanced English.

(Desirable)

  • Solid knowledge in purchasing logistics services.
  • Mastery of management tools and Microsoft software (Office, BI, advanced Excel, etc.).
  • Communicative profile, with ease in articulating information between technical and operational teams.
  • Proactivity and ability to identify improvement opportunities in processes.
  • Robust analytical capacity and attention to detail.
