Teamlead Technical Specialist

Within the After Sales team at our Venco Campus, a cool new role is emerging for a technically strong team player. You will work together with a mechanical team of specialists to provide optimal technical service to our customers. You are the point of contact for four fantastic colleagues. Your career

• Providing support and resolving technical inquiries both towards the team and the customer;
• Contributing to and guiding improvement processes within the mechanical team;
• Handling service inquiries - whether via email or telephone;
• Providing product training just like your colleagues;
• Working varying (service) hours and traveling regularly;
• Leading and supporting the Technical Specialists team through your coaching style.
