Position Overview This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the intersection of supply chain management and commercial sales within the booming aquaculture technology sector. You will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth daily operations by handling administrative tasks, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting sales transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Purchasing Support: Assist in processing purchase orders (POs), tracking shipments of aquaculture supplies/feed, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Vendor Management: Liaise with suppliers to verify pricing, delivery schedules, and product availability.
  • Sales Administration: Draft sales invoices, process customer orders, and update customer databases (CRM).
  • Data Management: Maintain, organize, and update physical and digital documentation for both the purchasing and sales departments.
  • Market Research: Assist the team in researching market trends, feed price fluctuations, and potential new clients or vendors.
  • Team Collaboration: Provide general administrative support for cross-functional projects between the operations and sales teams.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Final year student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Aquaculture, Marine Science, or a related field.
  • Language: Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in Google Sheet (especially for data tracking) and open to learning inventory or CRM software.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and a sharp attention to detail.
  • Interest: A genuine passion for sustainability, aquaculture, or the maritime supply chain is highly preferred.
