INDUSTRIAL SYSTEMS ANALYST MID.

We are looking for a professional to act as a Mid-level Industrial Systems Analyst, providing technical support to the Tribo Industrial squads in production management solutions, focusing on PIMS, MES, Indústria 4.0, IoT, and industrial systems integration.

You will act as a technical reference to support the development, implementation, and evolution of digital solutions applied to the industrial environment, contributing to greater technical autonomy for the squads, quality of deliveries, and value generation for the business.

Responsibilities and duties

• Technically support the Tribo Industrial squads in production management (PIMS and MES), Indústria 4.0, IoT, and related technologies, through technical guidance, feasibility analysis, and recommendation of standards.
• Support the development and implementation of industrial solutions through technical specification, proofs of concept, and the evaluation of architecture and systems integration.
• Ensure engineering and quality best practices in solutions through technical review, testing, and systems integration.
• Maintain status as a technical reference in industrial systems by monitoring platforms, parameterization, and resolving technical production management issues.
• Support the journey of Indústria 4.0, IoT, and industrial data through the integration of shop floor data (DataOps, Unified Namespace, and event-driven architecture).
• Contribute to the technical planning and prioritization of squad initiatives through effort estimation and technical refinement.
• Share technical knowledge with squads through training, dissemination of best practices, and support in problem-solving.
• Promote collaboration and reuse of solutions among squads through technical representation and articulation with Arquitetura, Dados e Inteligência, and Segurança da Informação.
• Support the operability and sustainability of solutions by contributing to technical documentation and manuals, training users and the Squad de Operações e Confiabilidade team, and supporting the review and creation of forms in the ITSM tool.
• Contribute to the preparation of CAPEX for initiatives through technical, scope, and estimation subsidies.

Requirements and qualifications

• Completed higher education in Engineering, Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação, or related fields.
• Experience in technology, development, systems, and/or integration, preferably in an industrial environment.
• Experience with production management systems, especially PIMS and MES.
• Knowledge of Indústria 4.0, IoT, systems integration, and solution architecture.
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices, quality, testing, and systems integration.
• Experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and working in squads.
• Intermediate English;
• Desirable knowledge in OPC/Edge, MQTT, Unified Namespace, DataOps, cloud computing, Inteligência Artificial/Machine Learning, and integration between Tecnologia Operacional and Tecnologia da Informação.
• Desirable postgraduate degree in Sistemas Industriais, Automação, Transformação Digital, Indústria 4.0, Ciência de Dados, Engenharia de Software, or related areas.
