COMPLIANCE ANALYST PL.

We are looking for a professional to work in the Compliance area, contributing to the strengthening of the company's culture of ethics, integrity, and compliance, supporting the execution of the Compliance Program routines and the dissemination of corporate best practices.

Responsibilities and assignments

• Meet and respond to demands of low or moderate complexity directed to the Compliance area, managing deadlines, demand reports and spreadsheets and/or systems, as well as interacting with internal clients and outsourced service providers;
• Analyze and solve issues received by the Compliance Department, especially those referring to common routines and/or standardized practices of the Department;
• Provide support in activities referring to the management of the Ethics and Whistleblowing Channel, including the pre-analysis of reports and documents, organization of interviews, support in the control of numbers and indicators and in the preparation of presentations on the performance of the area;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Compliance area, bringing, whenever possible, ideas and suggestions of good practices and best solutions for the operationalization of the company's policies and procedures;
• Organize and conduct trainings and actions promoted by the Compliance Department with the objective of disseminating and reiterating the guidelines of the program and the Compliance policies and procedures, providing continuous service to the internal client;

Requirements and qualifications

• Higher Education in Law and related areas;
• Experience in the Compliance area and in its routines related to various policies, donations and sponsorships, hiring of third parties, interaction with public bodies, conflict of interest, prevention of corruption and corporate fraud;
• Experience in corporate training and internal investigations;
• Advanced English;
