Injection Supervisor

• Refer daily , monthly plan and allocate manpower accordingly.
• Plan of material consumption usage.
• Track and control the material usage included lot number traceability as per the order sheet.
• Ensure safety, 5s of shop floor and contamination prevention.
• Prepare skill matrix of operators and provide/ arrange for training to bridge the gaps.
• Give feedback to planner about work progress.
• Track the process rejection .Plan and implement the improvement actions to control/ reduce the rejections
• Maintain shop floor discipline and take appropriate actions against the defaulters.

Qualifications: Male, Age 30-40 Years High Vocational or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering, Polymer Science, or a related technical field. Minimum 7 years of experience with injection molding operations Knowledge in Injection machine & plastic material are requested. Accepted CV only in English
