At Cueros Vélez S.A.S we are looking for talents like yours, for this reason we want to invite you to join us as a Foreign Trade Analyst where your purpose will be to Analyze and monitor the organization's import and export processes, performing the respective research on market trends, trade barriers, among other factors, suggesting efficient solutions in the process.

Your functions will be: Guarantee the correct accounting and financial cross-referencing of customs duties, performing the management of the simplified procedure user (UTS), and the registration of import declarations. Register, control, and timely analyze the foreign currency inflows corresponding to Clients abroad; creating the accounts to execute said payments. Control and ensure the timely clearing of advances to foreign suppliers registered in the internal information system. Analyze market rates and freight negotiation with freight forwarders and carriers, in order to propose changes in the current process. Monitor Import and export operations, with the respective corresponding analyses, the preparation of customs supports, and the control of the expense budget. Perform and timely deliver the reports and data required by government entities; and those corresponding to the area's analysis in the management of exports and imports. Register and legalize in the system of Banco de la República, in Bancolombia Panamá, Banco de Bogotá Miami, among others, the monthly movements in the compensation account. Register and analyze invoices from international and national suppliers, guaranteeing timely accounting and clearing in the system. Timely report portfolio payments to the financial and international commercial area. What we are looking for in you:

1 year of Experience Excel management English B2 Knowledge and management of international treaties and agreements Knowledge and management of Negotiation terms Knowledge in imports, exports, exchange regime, and special systems Schedule: Administrative from Monday to Friday
