Veleučilište „Nikola Tesla“ in Gospić, Bana Ivana Karlovića 16, announces

COMPETITION

for the selection of:

one performer (m/f) for the job position of II. type – senior finance and accounting clerk for an indefinite period, full-time.

Under equal conditions and in accordance with the Law on Gender Equality, persons of both sexes with a completed relevant level of education have the right to apply to the competition.

Applicants must satisfy the following requirements:

• completed undergraduate university or professional studies, with at least 180 ECTS credits acquired, or an equivalent study according to previously valid regulations, from the scientific field of social sciences, field of economics, (levels 6.st. and 6.sv. qualifications)
• knowledge of office business, computer work, and the English language

Along with the application text for the Competition, applicants are obliged to attach:

– curriculum vitae;

– proof of acquired professional qualification – a copy of the diploma;

– certificate of no criminal record – not older than 3 months;

– a copy of the residence permit or identity card (on both sides) or a public document proving the citizenship of a candidate of an EU member state;

– proof of knowledge of the Croatian language (level B2) – for foreign citizens.

The competition is open for 8 days from the date of publication, with the period starting from the last publication of the competition on the website of the Hrvatski zavod za zapošljavanje, the website of the Veleučilište, and the daily newspaper 24 sata.

Applications for the competition with proof of fulfillment of the Competition requirements are to be submitted by registered mail or in person to the address: Veleučilište „Nikola Tesla“ u Gospiću, Bana Ivana Karlovića 16, 53000 Gospić, with the notation „Prijava za natječaj“.

A regular application is considered an application that contains all data and attachments in the manner stated in the competition. Incomplete and untimely applications to the competition will not be considered. Persons who submit incomplete or untimely applications to the competition are not considered candidates applied to the competition, nor will they be notified of the results of the competition.

For applicants to the Competition who meet the formal requirements, testing may be conducted in the form of a written test of knowledge, abilities, and skills essential for performing the duties of the job position, or oral testing and an interview. Applicants are obliged to undergo the stated testing; otherwise, they will be considered to have withdrawn their application to the competition.

The Veleučilište reserves the right not to make a decision on the selection of candidates without special explanation or to cancel the competition partially or in its entirety.

Documents are attached as copies, and the selected candidate is obliged to submit the attached documents in original form upon notification of selection and before the establishment of the employment relationship, as well as a certificate of medical fitness for work.

The notification of the selected candidate will be publicly published on the website of Veleučilište „Nikola Tesla“ in Gospić http://www.velegs-nikolatesla.hr, and the day of publication is considered the day of delivery of the notification to the applicants.

An applicant who exercises the right of preference in employment according to special regulations is obliged, in the application for the competition, to refer to that right and attach documents proving the status based on which they exercise the right of preference. Preference over other applicants is exercised only under equal conditions. By submitting an application to the competition, applicants are explicitly in agreement and give consent to Veleučilište „Nikola Tesla“ in Gospić to collect and process the personal data stated in the application to the competition and the documentation submitted with the application, for the purpose of conducting the competition procedure in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation.
