SENIOR CLERK IN THE FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT
VELEUČILIŠTE „MARKO MARULIĆ“ U KNINU announces a COMPETITION for employment for the position:
- one executor (m/f) for the position of II. type – senior clerk (senior clerk in the finance and accounting department) full-time, for a fixed term, until the return of the Veleučilište employee from long-term sick leave.
Conditions for selection for the position: Applicants for employment must state their personal data (first and last name, address, telephone or mobile number, e-mail address) and the name of the position they are applying for in a hand-signed application and, along with the application, submit the following evidence:
- curriculum vitae
- copy of evidence of professional qualifications (certificate or diploma)
- copy of identity card or passport
- copy of domicile certificate (domovnica)
- electronic record or certificate from the competent court that no criminal proceedings are pending against the applicant (not older than 6 months) – original or copy
- electronic record or confirmation of data recorded in the registry of the Croatian Pension Insurance Institute
Special conditions for employment for applicants for the position under serial number 1 are as follows:
- completed university pre-graduate or professional pre-graduate studies in the field of social sciences, field of economics (level HKO 6. st. or 6. sv.)
- at least one (1) year of work experience
- probationary work of three months
- knowledge of the English language
- computer skills

Applicants who, in their application to the public competition, invoke priority in employment in accordance with Article 48, point f of the Act on the Protection of Military and Civilian War Invalids (NN no. 33/92, 57/92, 77/92, 27/93, 58/93, 02/94, 76/94, 108/95, 108/96, 82/01, 103/03, 148/13 and 98/19), are obliged, in addition to evidence of meeting the required conditions, to attach also a decision, or a certificate from which the stated right is visible, a certificate of unemployment from the Croatian Employment Service issued during the duration of this competition, and evidence from which it is visible in what manner their employment relationship with the last employer ended (decision, contract, agreement, etc.).
Applicants who, in their application to the public competition, invoke priority in employment in accordance with Article 9 of the Act on Professional Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons with Disabilities (consolidated text of the Act NN no. 157/13, 152/14, 39/18 and 32/20) are obliged, in addition to evidence of meeting the required conditions, to attach the appropriate public document on disability based on which the person can be entered into the register of employed persons with disabilities, and evidence from which it is visible in what manner their employment relationship with the last employer ended (decision, contract, agreement, etc.).
Persons of both sexes may apply to the competition under equal conditions.
Applications to the Competition shall be submitted by registered mail, within 8 (eight) days from the day of publication in Narodne Novine to the address: Veleučilište „Marko Marulić“ u Kninu, Petra Krešimira IV. br. 30 with the notation „Za natječaj“ or in person in a sealed envelope to the same address.
For the purpose of faster communication and implementation of the Competition, the Veleučilište will conduct all communication with applicants via e-mail and the Veleučilište website.
A complete application is considered an application that contains all the data and attachments specified in the public competition and which is hand-signed by the applicant who submitted the application to the public competition.
An applicant who submits an incomplete application, a late application, or does not meet the formal conditions of the public competition, will not be considered an applicant.
Veleučilište „Marko Marulić” in Knin will publish information about the conducted procedure and the selected applicant on the website www.veleknin.hr.
By applying to the Competition, applicants to the Competition expressly agree that the Veleučilište may collect, use, and further process data for the purpose of conducting the competition procedure in accordance with the provisions of the EU General Regulation 2016/679 and the Act on the Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation.
