Your tasks

Are you accurate, digitally strong, and do you get energy from information being well-organized and easily retrievable for everyone? In the role of Article Control Employee, you will ensure that technical information, documents, and data within Vekoma are properly managed. Additionally, you will be an important point of contact for our PLM application. In this way, you contribute behind the scenes to the development and production of our world-famous roller coasters and attractions.

• Managing and keeping our digital archive, the central database, and library up to date;
• Processing, digitizing, and recording technical documents and information;
• Monitoring the completeness and accessibility of documents and data;
• Functional and technical management of our PLM application;
• Setting up and adjusting PLM so that the system properly supports our information and business processes;
• Supporting and advising colleagues in the use of PLM;
• Assigning authorizations according to the applicable agreements;
• Identifying and analyzing bottlenecks and malfunctions and thinking along about structural solutions;
• Maintaining contact with the supplier of the PLM application.

Requirements

What do we expect from you?

• You possess mbo level of work and thinking, for example in the direction of information services, computer science, or a similar field;
• You have an affinity with digital information systems and document management;
• You can work independently and you take initiative when you see opportunities for improvement;
• You are customer-oriented, quality-oriented, and you enjoy collaborating;
• You communicate easily with various colleagues and external parties;
• You have command of the English language in speech and writing.
