🎯 MISSIONS

• Handle the most complex requests related to sales,
• Build loyalty among "online member" customers by providing relevant and personalized answers,
• Search for the most suitable solutions to members' requests by working in close collaboration with various internal departments and partner brands,
• Guarantee quality of service and customer satisfaction.

👉 PREREQUISITES:

• With a minimum of a high school diploma, you have experience in customer relations, ideally in complaint management, which has allowed you to develop a real sense of service and customer satisfaction.
• You are proactive in problem-solving and possess a real ability to arbitrate and make decisions.
• Rigorous, you have excellent writing skills, perfect mastery of spelling, and are comfortable with telephone contact.
• You are bilingual in Spanish and comfortable in English.
