📄 DESCRIPTION

• The Business Analyst Operations acts as a strategic partner to the operational teams. Their mission is to transform complex data into actionable analyses and visualization tools, in order to guarantee data-driven management of Veepee's operations.

🎯 MISSIONS

Business Partnership: Collaborate with business teams to challenge and define relevant KPIs, ensuring they bring real value to operational decision-making.

Data Scoping: Translate business needs for the Data teams, playing the role of a bridge between the data and business teams in order to identify the necessary data sources and coordinate cross-functional efforts.

Data Validation: Take charge of testing (UAT).

Data Visualization: Design and develop high-impact dashboards in Strategy (internal tool), in order to provide business teams with intuitive tools to effectively manage activity.

Change Management: Promote the adoption of the BI tool by conducting training sessions and providing continuous support, in order to make teams autonomous and engaged on Strategy.

Advanced Analysis: Perform complex analyses on metric evolution, correlations, and impacts to help business managers drive their areas of responsibility. Synthesize these analyses using storytelling to convey clear messages to stakeholders.

Operational Reporting & Support: Create, produce, maintain, and distribute the recurring reporting necessary for stakeholders. Provide business support via quick data extractions and analyses to answer operational questions.

👉 PREREQUIS

• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools.
• Skills in data management, ability to define business needs, and ability to perform rigorous UAT testing.
• Storytelling, active listening, project management, and the ability to simplify complex subjects.
• Great attention to detail, strong autonomy, sense of prioritization, and a strong customer orientation.
• English is essential.
