• We are looking for a person on an apprenticeship contract capable of quickly grasping the methods and challenges of recruitment in a high-growth international context.

• Reporting to a recruitment manager, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process for the positions assigned to you.

🎯 MISSIONS

• Activity 1: Contribute to all stages of the recruitment process: from the launch brief to the candidate's integration. Contribute to the detection and recruitment process of internal profiles.

• Activity 2: Act as a trusted advisor to international Hiring Managers, transforming their complex business needs into targeted and highly effective recruitment strategies.

• Activity 3: Work on the development and implementation of an innovative sourcing strategy to build a candidate pipeline (Jobboards, LinkedIn, WTTJ, network & referral).

• Activity 4: Offer an irreproachable, highly personalized, and caring candidate journey, from the very first contact to a smooth integration (onboarding).

• Activity 5: Develop and maintain a quality relationship with various hiring managers in order to anticipate their needs and best assist them in building their teams.

• Activity 6: Drafting salary proposals and managing the administrative/onboarding process of the new employee.

• Activity 7: Participate in the optimization of Recruitment processes. In our quest for recruitment excellence, you will integrate AI as a daily facilitator to boost your efficiency, thus giving you more time to focus on strategic partnership and attention to candidates.

👉 MANDATORY PRE-REQUISITES

• You are currently pursuing higher education (Master's level / Bac+4/5) at a university, business school, or HR school (ideally on a 3 days/2 days or 4 days/1 day schedule).

• Fluent English level in order to be able to evolve within a multicultural and international team. A B2 level is required with certification.

• You have a genuine interest in business.

• You are curious, open-minded, and positive.

• You love co-creating and working with multidisciplinary teams.

• You are proactive and like to take initiative.

• You are passionate about recruitment and motivated. You are solution-oriented.

• A little extra: A first experience in recruitment during an internship or apprenticeship.

The objective of this position is to be a key driver of recruitment and a market expert, securing the best talent, not only locally but across our 10 European countries. Based in Paris, you will play a major role in driving our international recruitment efforts, contributing to global employer brand initiatives, and ensuring recruitment excellence at the European level.
