Victoria FRANCHITTI, Talent Acquisition, within the recruitment firm, is looking for an Import/Export Operations Manager for her client in Marseille.

SEARCH PROFILE

As part of its development, our client is looking for an Import/Export Operations Manager M/F to supervise and lead an operational shipping team composed of 6 people for the Marseille office.

Your missions

• Ensure the monitoring of maritime operations on different types of lines: containers, RORO, and conventional.
• Ensure the smooth running of port calls in connection with the various stakeholders.
• Implement and evolve operational procedures in collaboration with the represented shipping lines.
• Ensure the monitoring and processing of any dispute files.
• Coordinate exchanges between sales teams, port service providers, and shipowners.
• Guarantee fluid communication and a high level of service quality with the various partners.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

You have initial experience in the maritime, transport, or logistics sector and wish to evolve in an international environment.

You are recognized for:

• your ability to manage several files simultaneously;
• your interpersonal ease and sense of service.
• Proficiency in English is imperative, both written and spoken, in order to exchange daily with shipowners and international partners.
