YOUR MISSIONS
A true conductor of air flows, you will be at the heart of the relationship with our clients, service providers, and partners:
- Open and manage files from end to end, from order to actual delivery
- Be the primary contact for clients: analysis of requests, advice, follow-up, and reminders
- Book and coordinate transport means with carriers, transporters, and service providers
- Perform customs formalities and manage pre-alerts with our international network
- Anticipate and resolve any potential anomalies/disputes with reactivity
- Ensure invoicing, cost monitoring, and validation of supplier invoices
- Guarantee fluid communication with the warehouse and various subcontractors
SEARCHED PROFILE
- Education: Bac to Bac+2 in Transport, Logistics, International Trade
- Experience: minimum 3 years in maritime transit
