HR Specialist I Employee Engagement I Work From Home

Job Description

Vector Outsourcing Solutions Phils., Inc. is looking for a dynamic, creative, and engaging HR professional, with specialization in Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Engagement. We need someone who has experience in payroll processing, as well as planning/spearheading activities for employees.

Employee Engagement:

Plan, spearhead, and execute periodic activities for employees that can foster camaraderie, teamwork, and other areas of interest.

Work with other departments in identifying areas for improvement to increase productivity and efficiency.

Build relationships with team leadership and staff.

Others:

Track and maintain departmental timelines and events.

Support other HR functions if needed (employee documentation, liaise with other external providers, etc.)

Perform payroll tasks as needed

Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or other related courses.

Must have at least 1 year experience in Human Resources, handling Employee Engagement.

Must have excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.

Requires strong accuracy, attentiveness to detail and time management skills.

Ability to work effectively with a team.

Ability to work with and maintain confidential information.

Must have strong interpersonal skills.

Must be highly organized, sensitive to timeframes and deadlines.

Able to Work From Home, must have reliable internet connection.
