Role Description : as a Freelance Sponsorship Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and securing corporate sponsors for Vecha Event Organizer Indonesia's Signature Events under a performance-driven, commission-based structure. In this role, you will leverage your network to pitch sponsorship packages, negotiate agreements, and manage relationships with prospective and onboarded partners. Key responsibilities include preparing targeted proposals, securing sponsorship deals, and coordinating with our event team to ensure all sponsor benefits and deliverables are seamlessly executed.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess Strong corporate network & brand connections.
• Candidates should possess Event Marketing skills to align sponsorship opportunities with event concepts and promotional activities.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to prospect, pitch, and close sponsorship deals effectively.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, freelance environment, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple sponsorship leads and deadlines.
• Strong written communication skills for creating proposals, sponsorship decks, and reports; proficiency in productivity and presentation tools (e.g., Office or Google Workspace, presentation software).
• Familiarity with the Indonesian market and local business culture is an advantage.
