IT Application Specialist - Pilar, GBA

Join us as an IT Application Specialist! We are looking for a proactive person with a desire to help to be the link between our local plant users and the global IT team. If you like communication, are practical, and enjoy training others with patience, this position is for you!

Your main tasks

• Helping the team: Provide daily support to local users with the use of systems.
• Training and accompanying: Guide employees in the use of new tools and create simple manuals.
• Connecting teams: Translate the needs of the local plant to the global IT team.

What are we looking for?

• Experience: At least 5 years in technical support or help desks in industrial or manufacturing plants.
• Knowledge: Management of logistics, production, or Supply Chain processes.
• Systems: Experience with ERP systems (we highly value it if you know SAP, MES, or WMS).
• Languages: Advanced English (mandatory for day-to-day operations). It adds a lot if you know Italian or Portuguese.
• Location: Reside in Pilar or nearby areas.

What do we offer?

• Hybrid modality: 3 days on-site at the Pilar plant and 2 days of home office.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00 hs.
