Your role

As a Sales Support Officer, you are the first point of contact for our customers. You are responsible for guiding the entire order to cash process within VDL Konings. You monitor the performance for your order portfolio and challenge the internal organization to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. Through your (data) analyses, our internal organization can better anticipate customer demand. On a daily basis, you monitor the progress of deliveries so that there are no surprises for you. You adequately handle and answer questions from customers and the internal organization. Furthermore, you try to further build our customer relationship together with the account manager.

Your strength

• You possess at least a Bachelor's degree (business administration/technical);
• You are not afraid to take initiative;
• You are communicative and have the necessary dose of persuasiveness;
• You have experience with data processing/analyses;
• You are willing to travel occasionally;
• You have a good command of the English language, both spoken and written. German is a plus.
