Medical Logistics Specialist

Vceram is hiring a Medical Logistics Specialist to manage import shipments, customs clearance procedures, and the required documentation and approvals for medical products. Responsibilities: Follow up on import shipments and ensure timely delivery. Prepare and review import and customs clearance documents. Coordinate with customs clearance agents, shipping companies, and relevant authorities. Follow up on Ministry of Health documentation, registrations, and approvals related to medical products. Maintain accurate records of shipments and regulatory documents. Ensure that all required documents are complete and submitted on time.

Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics within the medical or healthcare sector.

Practical experience with import procedures and customs clearance.

Good knowledge of Egyptian Ministry of Health requirements and documentation for medical products.

Good organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.

Good command of Microsoft Office.

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
