Senior Architectural Coordinator

Coordinate/Supervise architectural works and ensure all works are carried out in compliance with specification, safety and environment regulations

Review project specifications, technical clarification, and review accuracy of construction drawings, charts and forms

Review, update, coordinate and generate all architectural shop drawings

Facilitate necessary construction method statements and technical proposals to ensure smooth transition of works.

Carry out architectural works scheduling, project supervision and documentation

Identify discrepancies between M&E, Structural, Architectural and coordinate with site team to resolve technical issues

Attend meetings with all relevant parties pertaining to progress, technical and quality assessment matters

Coordinate and arrange necessary inspections by Consultants and other relevant authorities

Plan the deployment and storage of Architectural materials, plant and equipment on site.

BIM modelling and coordination and daily management of project BIM data sets/workflows

Preparing combine services drawings and detail drawings using AutoCAD and REVIT

Preparing for BIM drawing submissions to consultants for on-going projects

Coordinating with site personnel and subcontractors regarding update on drawings and clash detections

Modelling for project tender drawings for construction sequence

Preparing BIM Proposal and Technical Proposal based on project tender requirements

Assist in participation of annual BIM awards

Any other tasks assigned by Project Managers / Directors
