Job Description:

10+ years of overall experience in Data Warehousing, Data Engineering, and Cloud Data Platforms. Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake architecture, design, implementation, and optimization. Proven expertise in designing enterprise-scale data platforms, data lakes, and modern data warehouse solutions. Deep understanding of Snowflake features including Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks, Dynamic Tables, Time Travel, Zero-Copy Cloning, Data Sharing, RBAC, and performance tuning. Experience in data modelling, including dimensional modelling, star and snowflake schemas, and data vault concepts. Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and integration with Snowflake. Experience with ETL/ELT frameworks, DBT, Python, SQL, and orchestration tools. Ability to define architecture standards, patterns, best practices, and governance frameworks. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage with business and technical teams. Comfortable leading architecture discussions, presenting solution designs, conducting design reviews, and influencing technical decisions. Experience creating architecture documents, solution blueprints, and executive-level presentations. Excellent communication, presentation, and consulting skills. Prior experience in Banking, Insurance, or Financial Services domains is preferred.

Key Responsibilities: Design and own end-to-end Snowflake architecture and solution strategy. Define architecture patterns, frameworks, and best practices for enterprise data platforms. Lead solution design workshops with business and technology stakeholders. Present architecture designs and recommendations to customers, architects, and leadership teams. Provide technical leadership to delivery teams and ensure adherence to architectural standards. Drive performance optimization, security, scalability, and cost-efficiency initiatives. Collaborate with enterprise architects, data engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver modern data solutions. Support pre-sales, solutioning, and proposal activities where required.
