Oracle Cloud Recruit & Talent Support

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Recruit & Talent Support Specialist to provide functional support and ongoing improvements across Oracle Cloud HCM Recruitment and/or Talent modules.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud environments, resolving functional issues, reviewing Oracle Cloud updates, and delivering configuration and change activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for Oracle HCM Cloud Recruit and/or Talent .
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve functional issues.
• Review and assess the impact of Oracle Cloud quarterly updates .
• Support testing and validation of Oracle updates.
• Deliver configuration changes and functional enhancements.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM solutions.
• Support issue resolution and continuous improvement across the relevant HCM modules.
• Document changes, solutions and support activities where required.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud .
• Practical experience with Oracle Recruiting and/or Oracle Talent .
• Experience providing Oracle HCM functional support .
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving Oracle HCM issues.
• Experience reviewing and supporting Oracle Cloud updates/quarterly releases .
• Experience delivering configuration changes and enhancements .
• Strong understanding of Oracle HCM business processes within Recruiting and/or Talent.
• Good stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.

Mandatory Eligibility

• Ability to work remotely within the UK.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Edinburgh/Glasgow when required.
