Technical Sales Support (Vertriebstechniker/in)

For immediate entry, we are looking for a Technical Sales Support UK/USA (m/f/d) at the Brakel-Erkeln location.

Your tasks:

• Sample installation and presentations at customers and partners
• Webinars and production involvement as well as assembly videos
• Development of requirement profiles for assigned markets and customers as a basis for specific portfolio development
• In the sense of sales support, you are the first point of contact for technical inquiries
• Customer service within the country area
• Accompanying sample orders and checking individual parts
• Trade fair preparation/ trade fair assembly/ trade fair participation

Your profile:

• Proven professional experience as a Tischler / Schreiner or Holzmechaniker
• Business fluent English skills, other foreign languages advantageous
• High willingness to travel (approx. 50:50)
• Practical aptitude to absorb, implement, and convey technical tasks
• Ability to read technical documents and drawings
• Good knowledge of MS-Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Confident communicative appearance for customer presentations
• Organized and a team player
