Vashi Impact Group (VIG) is inviting experienced Early Childhood Development (ECD) professionals to join our expert network for upcoming research, evaluation and consulting assignments.

🔎 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗔𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗲:

• ECD research, programming and evaluation
• Child assessment, early learning and school readiness

• ECD facilitator and caregiver competency assessment
• Inclusive ECD and disability inclusion

• Mixed-methods research, data analysis and reporting
• Child safeguarding and ethical data collection

🎓 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

• Master’s degree in ECD, Education, Social Sciences or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

• Experience with child assessment tools such as CREDI, IDELA, ECDI 2030 or equivalent
• Strong research, evaluation and analytical skills

• Knowledge of the ECD landscape in India or East Africa

⭐ 𝗔𝗱𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲: Experience with Anganwadi Centres/ICDS, refugee and host communities, inclusive ECD, and digital data collection tools such as KoboToolbox or ODK.
