Production Coordinator - Dock

We are now looking for a Production Coordinator to join our team. Tasks Responsibility for coordinating production activities in assigned projects Collaborate with project manager, production planner, and technical lead to prepare plans for project execution Report needs to the production departments and allocate resources to the project Opportunity to follow up on assigned projects for shorter periods at our hull shipyards in Romania Follow-up in accordance with the shipyard's HSE routines We are looking for a Production Coordinator who will contribute to the efficient execution of production at the shipyard. Initially, the role will have primary responsibility for coordinating activities related to the new dock, while you will also be part of a coordinator team that supports production across different areas and projects. Qualifications Relevant experience within shipbuilding Good Norwegian and English skills, both oral and written Experience in production management is desirable Good communication skills using Microsoft Office tools Technical background is an advantage, but not a requirement VARD works systematically for inclusion and diversity and encourages everyone to apply, even if your competence does not match 100% of the above.
