Your tasks
- Research, experiment, and modify existing product formulations to improve product quality, increase variety, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards in different
- Develop and innovate new product formulas to meet market trends and company objectives
3.Prepare and maintain accurate technical documents, including formulation records, trial reports, and specifications
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (QAQC, Production)
- Research raw materials and ingredients to improve existing products or create new ones
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and safety standards
- Carry out other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related fields.
- 7 years of experience in product development, R&D, or food and beverage manufacturing industry.
- Experience in product formulation or R&D is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
