Responsibilities :

1. Source direct and indirect Materials, equipment, goods, and service
2. Lead strategic procurement activity across multi spend categories to optimize cost
3. Develop and manage supplier relationship with strong negotiation skill
4. Analyze market trends, forecast demand, and mitigate procurement risk
5. Develop and execute purchasing strategies aligned with business objective
6. Perform cost analyst, benchmarking, and scenario analysis
7. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure clear purchasing requirement

Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Food Technology, Biology or Bachelor of Engineering Proven experience as a Procurement Manager in manufacturing environment Strong procurement, negotiation, and analytical skill Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP system Fluent in English, both written and spoken Age: 45 years or below
