Tourism Sector Professional - Travel Planner

• Develop descriptions of tourist sites to be included in packages.
• Prepare Quotations for clients with included services: Food, Transport, tours, guides.
• Development, planning, coordination, and execution of quotations for the Leisure and MICE segments in coordination with the operations area.
• Manage communication with clients to provide timely follow-up on quotations.
• Perform reservations for lodging services and renta car.
• Participation in national tourism activities and other required tasks.
• Review that client packages are correctly uploaded to the website based on the developed itinerary.
• Manage the sending of destination photographs in coordination with marketing.
• Effective communication with clients in the country (management and feedback to the agency logs of the system) in coordination with operations.

Requerimientos

• Minimum education: University 2 years of experience
• Languages: English
• Age: between 21 and 45 years
• Knowledge: Time management, Analysis, Microsoft office, Sales, Customer service
• Availability to travel: Yes
