Your tasks:

• Rollout Strategy & Governance: You define and manage overarching deployment strategies and anchor uniform standards for new builds, Colocation, upgrades, and smart infrastructure projects across all markets.
• Cross-border Implementation: You work closely with local teams in international markets to align priorities, manage dependencies, and minimize risks at an early stage.
• Process Optimization & Digitalization: You analyze performance metrics, identify bottlenecks early, and drive the automation and optimization of rollout processes.
• Technical Consulting: You act as a reliable technical expert, contributing sound engineering know-how and developing future-proof infrastructure solutions according to TowerCo best practices.
• Unified Reporting: You ensure transparent monitoring so that management and country markets have full control over KPIs, milestones, and project progress at all times.

Your profile:

• Education: Successfully completed university degree with a focus on telecommunications engineering, civil engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Professional Experience: Extensive experience in the field of mobile telecommunications technologies, program/portfolio management, and infrastructure commissioning (TowerCo experience is an advantage).
• Technical Skills: Sound knowledge in new builds, Colocation, upgrades, active/passive infrastructure, as well as various site typologies (e.g., Rooftops, Monopoles, IBS/DAS, sustainable tower solutions).
• Soft Skills: Independent, structured, and goal-oriented way of working combined with strong communication skills and the ability to manage complex initiatives.
• Languages: Business fluent English in speaking and writing (C1 level required); German skills are a plus.

We operate in 8 European countries at Vantage Towers. This position is to be filled in Düsseldorf, Germany, with business travel to our operative markets (Spain, Portugal, Ireland, Greece, Romania, Hungary, Czech Republic, and Germany).
