About the company

The Brand Event Crew supports the execution of roadshows, promotional events, brand activations and marketing campaigns.

Your tasks

Team members represent the brand on-site, engage with customers and provide information on products or services.

• Assist with event setup, operations and breakdown
• Represent the brand professionally at roadshows and events
• Engage with customers and provide product or service information
• Support the team and follow event schedules
• Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming event space
• Work towards individual and team targets where required
• Follow event, safety and brand guidelines

Requirements

• Min Diploma or equivalent
• Able to speak well in English
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, confident and professional
• Able to work well in a team and independently
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and working in busy environments
• Previous experience in events, sales, hospitality or customer service is an advantage but not required
